You advertise this of not having any plastic parts. Then you advertise that none of the plastic touches anything which is not true. The lid for the diffuser that has a tea leaves in it it's plastic and the water conversation sits on that plastic and drips on the t
tea leaves. So I wish you would stop advertising this as plastic free and has no plastic and the plastic doesn't touch anything that matters which is a lie.

Just started using the kettle and so far we love it. It heats very quickly, my husband uses a French press for coffee and exclaims it perfect,as he doesn't like a microwave.

It's very good, other than the plastic screw/unscrew center lid piece. I love the temperature settings which help with getting the brewing process closer to perfect & the warm setting is nice for certain circumstances.

I ordered one of these and got it in. They advertise there's no plastic parts and there is. The lid that goes on the diffuser it's plastic. And what do you think happens when you put the lid on when you're heating up the leaves inside of the fuser the condensation gets on the plastic lid and you're drinking plastic. I sent it back because they say it's not plastic and it is plastic.

Love the construction and power. What I don’t like is that it is very difficult to take the top off to fill it. I find myself having to fill it from the spout. But nice product

I really like this electric kettle. However, I do wish the lid of the kettle was also plastic free. It’s still great and significantly reduces the amount of microplastics and such. I just wish that for the price, the lid was also plastic free.

I have started using this kettle. Easy to use. Does what is advertised. Can’t get better than that!

Unfortunately, I have been unable to use the product because it came without the insert filter. I am awaiting it.

Love this kettle! Love that no plastic touches my water! The only thing i dont care for is that it has a ridge all the way around the top on the inside where you can't get all the water out of it. I don't understand what the purpose of that is.

It's absolutely Amazing. I Love it. I can brew up my herbal teas & let them steep & enjoy. This affords my the luxury of placing everything in my kettle and letting it work its magic while I attend to other morning routines in the kitchen ✨️ Then when it's done I just empty my filter & clean it. Pour a nice Cuppa yumminess and we are good to go.

The Viante Electric Kettle looks great and works well for basic tea brewing. However, it doesn’t have many features, and I expected more options for the price. It’s good, but could be better.

Did not stay warm enough

I just wish that the keep warm function kept on longer than 30 mins

I received this as a Christmas gift and we've used it multiple times per day since.Good:• It heats the water quickly.• The handle does not get hot.• The infuser is nice and long, so it reaches the minimum recommended water level.• The lid has two sections so you can just open the infuser part or the whole thing.Meh:• Because the infuser is long, it's difficult to clean out. I used it only once or twice and now use the kettle just for water—I steep elsewhere.• The stainless and the glass don't come together smoothly on the inside, so water gets stuck on the interior lip, making it a pain to dry out.• Except for boiling (212), the temperature markings are incorrect.I don't give 5-star reviews easily (save them for things that are truly exceptional). This would have gotten four stars ("does exactly what I expected") if it let me pour out all of the water and if the markings were correct. Some are correct in the instruction booklet, some are correct on the kettle—it's not hard to check that before you manufacture it. The long infuser is necessary for making a small amount of tea and I don't think the manufacturer could improve that.Overall, I like it and am glad to have received it. I might feel differently if I'd spent money on it—hard tellin'.I would like to know if I can leave water in it over the course of the day without causing damage. (Not keeping it hot.) On a stovetop kettle, leaving water in it causes corrosion, and I'm not sure if this kettle would have the same problem?

It works great just wish the bottom did rust after a few uses.

I ended up giving this away to a friend. It was too large for what I needed it for - you have to make a lot of tea/water in order for the tea to steep because the tea isn’t near the bottom of the container. I was wasting so much tea when I only wanted a small glass or two.

It's nice and fancy looking but keep asking myself why did i listen to my son and spend one hundred dollars to heat up water.

Only had the product for a month or so and it appears it is already pitting in the bottom of pot. I really enjoy the item, with the exception of this.
