Vianté offers selected products, including tea blends and other consumable products, through automatically renewing subscription plans. This Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions, recurring charges, modifications, cancellations, skips, pauses, and subscription shipments work.

1. Subscription Orders

When you purchase a subscription product from Vianté, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of the selected product according to the delivery frequency chosen at checkout.

Subscription options, including product selection, delivery frequency, price, applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any promotional discounts, will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

By starting a subscription, you authorize Vianté and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled.

2. Automatic Renewals

Your subscription will automatically renew according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout unless you cancel it before your next order is processed.

Each renewal will create a new order and charge your selected payment method for the applicable product price, taxes, shipping fees, and any other applicable charges.

3. Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription through your customer account, subscription portal, or by contacting us at:

Depending on the options available in your subscription portal, you may be able to:

Cancel your subscription.

Pause your subscription.

Skip an upcoming order.

Change your delivery frequency.

Update your shipping address.

Update your billing information.

Change selected products, where available.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next recurring order is processed.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or modify any order that has already been processed, shipped, or delivered.

5. Skips, Pauses, and Modifications

Any changes to your subscription, including skipping, pausing, changing products, updating your address, or changing your delivery frequency, must be made before the next order is processed.

Once a subscription order has been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation, modification, or refund of that order.

6. Failed Payments

If your payment method fails, we may retry the payment, notify you, pause the subscription, or cancel the subscription if payment cannot be completed.

You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date.

7. Pricing, Discounts, and Promotions

Subscription pricing, discounts, promotions, and shipping fees may vary and are shown at checkout.

If your subscription begins with a promotional discount, introductory offer, free gift, or special price, the offer will apply only as described at the time of purchase.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional discounts apply only to the first subscription order and future orders may be charged at the regular subscription price.

Vianté reserves the right to update subscription prices, shipping fees, product availability, and subscription terms. Where required by law, we will provide notice before changes apply to your subscription.

8. Out-of-Stock Products

If a subscription product is out of stock or unavailable, Vianté may delay the shipment, skip the affected order, cancel the affected item, or replace it with a comparable product where appropriate.

If a material substitution is required, we may notify you before shipment when reasonably possible.

9. Shipping

Subscription orders are shipped according to the delivery frequency selected by the customer.

Actual delivery dates may vary based on processing times, inventory availability, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, customs, fulfillment issues, or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping address accurate and up to date before each order is processed.

Vianté is not responsible for orders shipped to an outdated or incorrect address if the customer did not update the information before processing.

10. Returns and Refunds for Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are subject to Vianté’s Return and Refund Policy.

Canceling a subscription prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically refund orders that have already been processed, shipped, or delivered.

For safety and quality reasons, tea blends, loose-leaf teas, tea bags, food, beverages, and other consumable products generally cannot be returned once opened, used, unsealed, or tampered with, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
