Kitchen appliances, including coffee makers, electric kettles, tea makers, and related accessories.

Tea products, including tea blends, loose-leaf teas, tea bags, and other consumable beverage products.

Subscription services for recurring deliveries of selected Vianté products.

Scope of Application: These Terms of Service apply to all interactions with Vianté, including but not limited to using our website, purchasing products, creating an account, subscribing to recurring deliveries, accessing our services, and communicating with our support team.

Modifications: We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Website and Services Use

Permitted Use: You may only use our website and services for lawful purposes. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

4. Pricing and Payments

Currency and Taxes: All prices are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges may be added at checkout.

Price Modifications: We reserve the right to adjust prices, discounts, promotions, shipping fees, and product availability at any time. Price changes will not affect one-time orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods are displayed during the checkout process. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Billing Authorization: By submitting payment information, you authorize Vianté and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping, fees, and any recurring subscription charges where applicable.

Payment Failures: If a payment cannot be processed, your order or subscription may be delayed, paused, canceled, or retried. You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date.

Promotions and Discounts: Promotional offers, discount codes, free gifts, and introductory pricing are subject to the specific terms presented at the time of the offer. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional discounts apply only to the order for which they are used and may not apply to future subscription renewals.

5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewals

Subscription Products: Vianté may offer selected products, including tea blends or other consumable items, through automatically renewing subscription plans.

Automatic Renewal: By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout, unless you cancel it before the next order is processed.

Recurring Charges: By starting a subscription, you authorize Vianté and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis for each subscription order, including the product price, applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other applicable charges.

Subscription Frequency: Subscription frequency, product selection, pricing, and shipping options will be displayed before purchase. You are responsible for reviewing your subscription details before confirming your order.

Managing Your Subscription: You may manage, pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription through your customer account, subscription portal, or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next recurring order is processed. Cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically cancel, refund, or modify any order that has already been processed, shipped, or delivered.

Changes Before Processing: Any changes to your subscription, including cancellation, skipping, pausing, product changes, address changes, or frequency changes, must be made before the next subscription order is processed. Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation, modification, or refund.

Subscription Pricing Changes: Vianté reserves the right to update subscription pricing, shipping fees, product availability, or subscription terms. Where required by law, we will provide notice before changes apply to your subscription.

Out-of-Stock Products: If a subscription product is unavailable, Vianté may delay the shipment, skip the order, cancel the affected item, or replace it with a comparable product where appropriate. If a material substitution is required, we may notify you before shipment when reasonably possible.

Introductory Offers: If your subscription begins with a promotional discount, free trial, introductory price, or bundle offer, the offer will apply only as described at the time of purchase. Future subscription orders may be charged at the regular subscription price unless otherwise stated.

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your billing details, shipping address, email address, and subscription preferences accurate and up to date. Vianté is not responsible for orders shipped to an outdated or incorrect address if the information was not updated before processing.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Methods: Vianté orders may be fulfilled through Amazon, third-party logistics providers, carriers, warehouses, or other fulfillment partners depending on the product, sales channel, and order type.

Amazon Orders: Orders placed through Amazon or fulfilled by Amazon are subject to Amazon’s delivery times, fees, return policies, and fulfillment conditions, which can be found on Amazon’s website.

Website Orders: Orders placed directly through the Vianté website are subject to the shipping options, fees, delivery estimates, and conditions displayed at checkout.

Subscription Shipments: Subscription orders are shipped according to the delivery frequency selected by the customer. Actual delivery dates may vary based on processing times, inventory availability, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. Vianté is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, fulfillment partners, customs, weather, incorrect shipping information, or other external factors.

Incorrect Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Vianté is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or misdelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is transferred to the carrier, fulfillment provider, or delivery partner, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

General Policy: Return, refund, and replacement eligibility may vary depending on the product type, sales channel, order status, and applicable law.

Consumable Products: For safety and quality reasons, tea blends, food, beverages, and other consumable products are generally not eligible for return once opened, used, or tampered with, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

Appliances and Non-Consumable Products: Appliances and non-consumable products may be eligible for return, replacement, or warranty support according to the applicable return policy, warranty terms, and purchase channel.

Processed Orders: Once an order has been processed, shipped, or delivered, we cannot guarantee cancellation, refund, or modification. Canceling a subscription prevents future recurring charges but does not automatically refund orders that have already been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution at our discretion.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise determined by Vianté or required by law.

8. Warranty and Replacements

Standard Warranty: Eligible Vianté appliances include a 1-year standard warranty from the date of purchase.

Extended Warranty: You may extend the warranty to 2 years by purchasing the extended warranty at checkout or within 30 days of purchase, where available.

Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures under normal usage conditions. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper cleaning, unauthorized repairs, drops, accidents, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, commercial use, or use that does not follow the product instructions.

Consumable Products Excluded: Tea blends, food, beverages, and other consumable products are not covered by the appliance warranty.

Proof of Purchase: Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, order number, photos, videos, or additional information to verify the issue.

Shipping Costs: For approved warranty claims and replacements, Vianté may cover shipping costs associated with the replacement process. If a return of the defective product is required, we may provide a prepaid return label.

Replacement Availability: Replacements are subject to product availability. If the original product is unavailable, Vianté may provide a comparable replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

9. Intellectual Property

Reserved Rights: All website content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, designs, product names, graphics, videos, packaging, trademarks, trade dress, and other materials, is the property of Vianté or its licensors.

Unauthorized Use: Reproduction, distribution, modification, copying, resale, scraping, or unauthorized use of our content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Brand Assets: The Vianté name, logo, product names, packaging designs, visual identity, and related brand materials may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without written permission.

10. Health and Product Use Disclaimer

No Medical Advice: Vianté products, including teas and consumable products, are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any information provided on our website, packaging, emails, or marketing materials is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice.

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for using products according to the instructions, warnings, and recommendations provided. For appliances, improper use may result in damage, injury, or voiding of the warranty.

Caffeine and Ingredients: Some teas or blends may contain caffeine, herbs, botanicals, spices, or other ingredients that may not be suitable for everyone. Always review the product information before consumption.

11. Limitation of Liability

Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vianté is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, subscriptions, or services.

Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, our maximum liability in any case will be limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

External Providers: Vianté is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, payment processing issues, carrier errors, fulfillment delays, or platform issues caused by third-party providers, including but not limited to payment processors, subscription platforms, shipping carriers, Amazon, Shopify, or fulfillment partners.

12. Privacy Policy

Data Protection: Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information.

Subscription Data: If you purchase a subscription, we may use third-party service providers to process recurring payments, manage subscription preferences, send subscription notifications, fulfill orders, and provide customer support.
