How do I join?
Create a free account at viante.com. Every purchase automatically makes you a member — signing up simply lets you track and redeem your points.
Does it cost anything?
No. Membership is free, and always will be. The Tea Society is a community, not a subscription.
How do I earn points?
You earn on every order, plus for things like following along, referring a friend, celebrating your birthday, and sharing a review. Points are added automatically
How do I move up a tier?
Automatically. Reach 1,000 points to become a Ritualist, and 5,000 to become a Connoisseur. The more you brew, the better the rewards get
Do my points expire?
Points do not expire as long as your account remains active. Redeeming points never affects your tier status — tiers are based on lifetime accumulated points.
Does Amazon count toward my points?
Points are earned on purchases made directly at viante.com. Amazon purchases are not included in the program at this time.
Can I lose my tier status?
No. Tiers are calculated on total lifetime points earned, not your current balance. Spending your points will never move you down a tier.
When do I move up to the next tier?
Tier upgrades happen automatically when your accumulated points cross the threshold: 1,000 pts for Ritual, 5,000 pts for Blend. You'll receive an email confirmation when you level up.
