Shipping Terms

Vianté orders may be fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF), third-party logistics providers, carriers, warehouses, or other fulfillment partners, depending on the product, order type, shipping destination, and sales channel.

Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout when available.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed after payment has been successfully completed.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, warehouse operations, weekends, holidays, fulfillment partner timelines, and other factors outside our control.

Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification of the order.

Subscription Shipments

If you purchase a Vianté subscription, your subscription orders will be shipped according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

Actual delivery dates may vary based on processing times, product availability, carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, customs processing, fulfillment issues, or other factors outside our control.

Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping address accurate and up to date before each subscription order is processed.

Vianté is not responsible for subscription orders shipped to an outdated, incomplete, or incorrect address if the customer did not update the information before the order was processed.

PO Boxes

Please note that Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) does not support deliveries to PO Boxes.

All shipping addresses must be physical locations where carriers can deliver packages directly.

If a PO Box address is provided, the order may be delayed or canceled.

Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories

Amazon MCF does support deliveries to Puerto Rico; however, standard shipping timelines may vary based on carrier availability, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may experience longer transit times and limited shipping options.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid potential delays.

Other Restricted Locations

Amazon MCF and other fulfillment partners may limit deliveries to certain U.S. territories, military addresses including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses, and international destinations.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, carrier, destination, and fulfillment provider.

Please verify the shipping eligibility of your address before placing an order.

Shipping Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

Vianté is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, fulfillment partners, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect shipping information, high order volume, or other events outside our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the order may be delayed, returned, canceled, lost, or delivered to the wrong location.

Vianté is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vianteusa.com. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, missing, damaged, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@vianteusa.com with your order number and details of the issue.

We may request photos, carrier information, delivery confirmation, or other details to help evaluate the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
