At Vianté, we want every product to arrive in excellent condition and meet the standards you expect from us. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, and subscription-related order issues are handled.
1. 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened where applicable, with all original tags, accessories, manuals, parts, and packaging included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, Vianté will provide you with a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Appliances and Non-Consumable Products
Appliances and non-consumable products, including tea makers, electric kettles, coffee makers, blenders, accessories, and similar items, may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
Returned products must be received and inspected before a refund is approved.
Vianté reserves the right to deny a return or refund if the product is returned used, damaged, incomplete, missing original packaging, or in a condition that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
3. Tea, Consumables, and Non-Returnable Products
For safety and quality reasons, tea blends, loose-leaf teas, tea bags, food, beverages, and other consumable products cannot be returned once opened, used, unsealed, or tampered with.
Unopened tea products and other unopened consumables may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original sealed packaging and in the same condition that you received them.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods.
Opened or used tea products.
Food or beverage products that have been opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with.
Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items.
Personal care goods.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Gift cards.
Final sale items, unless otherwise required by law.

4. Subscription Orders
Vianté may offer selected products, including tea blends and other consumable products, through subscription plans.
Canceling a subscription prevents future recurring charges, but it does not automatically cancel, refund, or modify any order that has already been processed, shipped, or delivered.
Any changes to your subscription, including cancellation, skipping, pausing, product changes, shipping address changes, or frequency changes, must be made before the next subscription order is processed.
Once a subscription order has been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation, modification, or refund.
If your subscription order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us at support@vianteusa.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing any required parts or items.
To help us evaluate the issue, please include:
Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping box, and any damage or defect.
If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
6. Vianté Replacement Policy
At Vianté, we are committed to providing products of the highest quality. Our replacement policy is aligned with our warranty and is designed to provide a clear process for eligible product issues.
7. Replacement Period
Eligible Vianté appliances come with a standard 1-year warranty starting from the date of purchase. During this period, you may request a replacement in the case of a manufacturing defect.
You may extend your warranty to 2 years by purchasing our extended warranty option, where available.
The warranty applies only to eligible appliances and non-consumable products. Tea blends, loose-leaf teas, tea bags, food, beverages, and other consumable products are not covered by the appliance warranty.
8. Warranty Coverage
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures under normal usage conditions.
The warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or drops.
Damage caused by improper cleaning or improper storage.
Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications.
Normal wear and tear.
Cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality.
Issues caused by failure to follow product instructions.
Commercial use, unless explicitly authorized.
Consumable products, including tea blends, loose-leaf teas, tea bags, food, or beverages.
Vianté may request proof of purchase, photos, videos, or additional information before approving a replacement.
9. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, if eligible, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
For subscription products, product changes should be made through your subscription account, subscription portal, or by contacting us before the next order is processed.
10. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unopened where applicable, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed consumable products, including tea blends, loose-leaf teas, tea bags, food, and beverages, may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law.
11. Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

12. Return Shipping
If your return is accepted, Vianté will provide a return shipping label.
For approved warranty claims, damaged items, defective products, or incorrect orders, Vianté may cover the return shipping cost.
For other returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Vianté error, damaged item, defective product, or incorrect shipment.
13. Refunds for Subscription Orders
Approved refunds for subscription orders will be handled according to this policy.
Canceling a subscription stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund subscription orders that have already been processed, shipped, or delivered.
