Does any plastic touch the boiling water?
No. This Kettle is designed so boiling water never touches plastic. When used as intended, water only contacts food-grade 304 stainless steel and borosilicate glass.
What about the lid or top components?
The parts that interact with steam/heat in the top area are designed to keep water away from plastic contact. Any plastic elements (if present) are positioned away from the boiling water path, while the water-contact surfaces remain stainless steel + borosilicate glass.
Is the silicone base safe?
Yes — and it’s not silicone. The base uses a food-grade glass glue (not plastic) bonded with the stainless steel plate.
How do you ensure no microplastics are released?
We reduce the risk at the source: by eliminating plastic from the boiling-water path. Since water only touches stainless steel and borosilicate glass, there’s no plastic in the contact zone to degrade, shed, or leach into your drink.

How does the return process work?
We offer a 30-day return window — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, email support@vianteusa.com and we’ll provide a return shipping label plus instructions. Returns sent without requesting first won’t be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
What warranty is included?
Our products includes a standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
If a replacement is needed under warranty, Vianté provides a prepaid return label and covers shipping costs related to warranty claims/replacements.
