The biggest plus for me is that it boils a pot of water in about 5 minutes, which has reduced the time it takes to make a cup of tea in the morning. I found that if you are making a full pot of loose black tea you should wait until the pot is done boiling before putting in the basket. It boils so vigorously that it pushes the tea leaves against the lid. The tea basket is narrow and is a little difficult to clean out, but a long narrow spatula helps get the tea leaves loose. Biggest negative is the heating element is attached to the bottom of the pot so you cannot immerse the pot in water, or you can damage the element. Also, I found that if I hit the warm button, select a temperature, and then hit start it will hold temperature for 1 hour.

So this is the first time I have purchased a kettle, and I love it. I love that it can handle both bagged tea and loose leaf tea in the infuser. The little handle to get the infuser out of it doesn't really get too hot after you brew your tea so it's easy to remove the tea so you don't over-brew it resulting in your beverage being too strong. At first I thought the KEEP WARM function didn't work, but after tinkering around with it for a while I figured out how to make it work. You can either select the keep warm function, then the temp. you want it to keep warm at, then hit the START BUTTON for it to work. Or you can hit the temp. you want, then the keep warm button, then the start button and it will work either way for 30 minutes. The temp. button you chose will flash and the water will start to heat up until it reaches the desired temp. After it reaches that temp, it will stop flashing and it will be solid, periodically within the 30 minutes it will start to heat up again and then it will stop when it's ready. it does this a few times within the 30 minutes that it is designed to stay warm for. Not very clear in the instructions that you have to hit the start button after selecting the temp and hitting the keep warm button, but after you figure it out it works great. FANTASTIC PRODUCT 10/10 I WOULD RECOMMEND.

Love this kettle! Love that no plastic touches my water! The only thing i dont care for is that it has a ridge all the way around the top on the inside where you can't get all the water out of it. I don't understand what the purpose of that is.

I love this kettle! So many positives : No plastic touches the water, it keeps the weter hit for thet 2nd or 3rd refill. Its easy to program and to turn off. Heat temps are 175, 185, 200, amd 212.It would be perfect if there was a variable temperature option. (180 is my ideal temp)

I love it- mostly. I love that it’s glass, as separate tea temperatures, hold feature, and metal loose leaf tea basket. What I didn’t like was the tea basket was flimsy, delicate.

I purchased the tea kettle in August 2025. I love it but in April 2026 it stopped working. I contacted Viante customer service. They replaced it immediately.

Love the warm up feature. Brews quickly and clean up is easy. Fits easily on countertop.

Purchased July 2023 and use almost daily. I experienced a few odd cycles over the past several months. Not shutting off once boiling temp reached. Today, the heating element started to smoke— it didn’t trip off. It’s apparently fried. As much as I liked it, not confident in its quality or safety to buy again. Am going to try another brand.

One of the better kettles that I’ve purchased so far. I love that it’s mostly stainless steel and glass. Great quality and lots of temperature options!One thing though: In the marketing photos, it states that hot water doesn’t come in contact with plastic, but that’s not entirely true. As the water is heated, the steam does drip from the lid’s plastic center. Water does also come in contact with the same plastic piece when pouring if you do not remove the lid beforehand.

Heats water very fast and will keep tea warm. Takes less tea to make more. I wanted an iced tea maker, this we add water to a pitcher and pour tea in.

Very good product. I've bought a few different tea kettles and this is the best I've had. East to load and clean. And has an automatic warm setting which switches to "warm" mode after the tea is brewed. just set it and forget it

The lid locking mechanism is not good. Unable to pick it up without the clear part detaching it self from the stainless ring part.

This is an excellent Tea Kettle. I highly recommend this product.

I bought this from my girlfriend for her birthday.She absolutely loves it.She uses it to put her sour sop.Leaves in it to make her tea.She can't thank me enough

This Kettle has been great so far. You can boil the initial brew, then put it on a few different warm setting to keep it hot throughout the pot. I used to have a separate tea pot that I would transfer to a carafe, but it only stayed warm for an hour at the most. Hopefully it lasts long enough to make it worth the money.

I've had 2 of these exact kettles and like the variable temp buttons and clear body. 1 year later, it still works. 1 complaint, very difficult to grip and remove lid to refill. My older one had a knob on the lid. I may find something to glue on top.

This tea kettle is awesome! Just unboxed it and cleaned it and brewed some black tea. Fast and efficient and sooo good! Hopefully it is durable- time will tell! Highly recommend for now!!

Great electric kettle! Has held up well. Feels and looks premium. I use it to make lots of tea or just to warm water when making one or two cups. Heats up quickly and has different temperature settings for the different types of tea. Highly recommend.

My mom wanted this for Christmas. It's so good now I kinda want one for Christmas. If you want a no plastic kettle, this is by far the best one we have tried.

It gets water at the desired set at a fast speed.

Love this electric kettle! I wish I had discovered it a long time ago as coffee makers are higher maintenance and take up way more counter space. Whether coffee or tea, it's super easy to use, it's sturdy, it's easy to clean and a major time saver for a busy schedule. It's definitely a great investment for multiple reasons!

Easy to use, convenient, and of good quality

Bought this actually to brew more coffee than tea but do use for both. Makes a great cup of coffee but there is a learning curve with it so you don’t boil it out if the pot. But easily to learn and quick to make coffee. Love it
